At Drinks Ơi, we want you to shop with confidence. We are committed to transparent pricing, secure payment methods, and reliable delivery services. This policy explains how payments and shipping are handled when you shop with us.
I. Payment Methods
We currently offer two secure payment options at checkout:

Option 1: Online Bank Transfer
- You can complete your payment online without re‑entering personal banking details each time.
- Save our account information in your Beneficiary List for faster future payments.

Option 2: VNPAY Payment Gateway
- VNPAY complies with PCI‑DSS standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council.
- Your credit card data is encrypted, and purchase information is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction.
- Accepted cards: Visa, MasterCard, Napas, JCB, American Express, UnionPay, plus local cards from 32 banks in Vietnam.
What We Don’t Do
We do not charge hidden or additional fees. We do not store your payment details beyond what is necessary to complete the transaction.
2. Order Confirmation
- Once your online order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
- We ship your order as soon as payment is confirmed.
II. SHIPPING POLICY
1. Shipping Policy
For customers within the city (applicable to locations within 15km from the store)
Delivery methods:
Orders may be delivered directly by our in-house delivery staff or via third-party delivery partners such as Grab, be, Viettel Post, Ahamove, etc.
Shipping fees:
Shipping fees are calculated based on the rates of the selected delivery provider and will be informed to customers in advance. We offer free shipping for orders with a value of 1,000,000 VND or more.
Standard delivery time:
Within 24 hours after order confirmation.
For same-day urgent delivery requests, please contact us directly for support.
Responsibilities during the delivery process
- Packaging responsibility:
All orders are carefully packed and sealed before shipment. - Responsibility of the delivery service provider:
The delivery provider is responsible for transporting goods under the “sealed and intact package” principle, together with a delivery note containing the recipient’s full name, phone number, address, and product information. The delivery provider is also responsible for providing relevant shipping documents upon request. - Information on the package:
Each package clearly displays the recipient’s full name, phone number, and delivery address. - Documents enclosed with the shipment:
A valid sales slip or relevant document (if applicable) will be included in the package. - Complaint handling support:
The sales slip serves as the basis for complaint resolution, product value verification, and lawful circulation of goods.
Important notes:
- Before delivery, the delivery staff may verify the recipient’s information to ensure the recipient is at least 18 years old and matches the order information.
- If age verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to refuse delivery or cancel the order.
- We are committed to complying with all applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of age-restricted products.
For customers outside the city or delivery locations more than 15km from the store
Delivery methods:
Orders will be shipped via logistics providers such as Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, Viettel Post, DHL, or other suitable carriers.
Shipping fees:
- We support up to 50% of shipping costs for orders from 1,000,000 VND.
- Free shipping is available for orders from 3,000,000 VND or more.
Delivery time:
After receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and notify customers regarding payment and delivery details. Estimated delivery time is typically between 2–7 business days from the order confirmation date or as otherwise agreed.
However, delivery may be delayed due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to contact the customer by phone;
- Incorrect or hard-to-find delivery address;
- Sudden increase in order volume;
- Weather conditions, traffic issues, or other force majeure events.
Important notes:
Delivery staff may request age verification before handing over the goods. Orders may be refused if the recipient is under 18 years old or if the recipient information does not match the order details.
2. Product Inspection Policy
- Upon receiving the goods, customers have the right to request the delivery staff to assist in opening the package for inspection before accepting the order.
- Customers are encouraged to check the product name, quantity, and condition before confirming receipt.
- If the delivered products do not match the order, customers have the right to refuse the shipment and are not required to make payment.
- If payment has already been made and the products are incorrect, customers may request:
- A refund; or
- A replacement with the correct products as ordered.
